Pippin is the happiest/naughtiest 3 year old Northern special. He was a foster failure from the SPCA in record setting time and brightens the lives of anyone lucky enough to meet him. He loves nothing more than exploring the outdoors of the NWT and making new friends along the way. Vote for Pip!
