Rosco is the best kind of "failure"—a foster fail from Front Street Animal Shelter! This goofy, lovable guy may be deaf, but he’s fluent in doggie sign language (and selective listening). He’s got a big heart, a bigger love for bones, and a deep-seated grudge against fences.

Rosco is well aware of his own handsomeness, often stopping to admire his reflection in mirrors and shop windows—because, honestly, who wouldn’t?
