Rupert is a smart, sassy and numerous dog. He has a huge personality, and weighs in at a whopping 9 pounds. He loves to play tug of war and somehow always wins, loves to go for long walks and he absolutely hates the ocean even though he lives on an island. Rupert deserves your vote because he would love to be a face to represent such a beautiful cause, we are so thankful for everything VWB does for animals.
