Where do funds raised go?

All funds raised will go towards Veterinarians Without Borders North America's (VWB) programs and services that are helping animals and communities that lack access to veterinary care. VWB supports remote communities in Canada and Alaska, to improve animal health through temporary vet clinics while working towards creating the conditions for long-term, community-led sustainable animal health services. We also provide emergency response support to animals and communities in need following natural disasters like wildfires and other crises such as the war in Ukraine. Additionally, VWB works in Africa and Asia to improve the living conditions of the most disadvantaged rural populations through veterinary and agricultural services, sustainable animal production and training of community animal health care workers where there is no veterinarian present. VWB believes in a "one health approach" where healthy animals help build healthy communities and in turn healthy environments.

Can I get a tax receipt?

Donations of $5 and above qualify for a charitable tax receipt. Tax receipts will be sent by email with the subject line "Thank you for your donation" from VWB Animals & Ales.

When is the contest period?

The Contest Period starts at 9:00 a.m. ET (Eastern Time) on March 3, 2025 and closes on March 17, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. ET (Eastern Time).
