Why everyone should vote for my animal
Vivian is known in her neighborhood of Forest Hill as the roof dog because she likes to ascend to the top of the roof and watch and/or bark at people/dogs going by. Richmond Marathon runners have dubbed her as the halfway hound since her home is at the halfway point of the marathon and she enthusiastically cheers on the runners. I adopted Vivian from the SPCA 9 years ago. She was very shy and afraid of everything and had apparently been abused. She has come to love and trust people - although she's still shy around strangers and large groups.
She is my best friend and constant companion.
I would love see her honored on a can of beer. And, as a well known symbol in a neighborhood of beer drinkers and animal lovers - she'd sell well.
