Why everyone should vote for my animal
Whether it's playing gently with tiny humans, chillin' in the grass on a hot summer day, romping in the snow and then relaxing by the fire, or backing down Bear and Moose with the heart of a lion when her 'pack' is threatened.

Standing only 21" tall, our 11 year old girl, Ginger, has been the best family dog, the bravest defender, and most willing adventurer.

She has hiked, and run, thousands of kilometers of trails and mountains in and around the Prince George area in her lifetime.

In all weather, her little happy dance of excitement as you put on your gear and then say "Let's go!", never fails to bring forth a smile.

She has had hard times, and even been near death, but her strength of will has always won out.

To us, she is the spirit of life in North.
