Charlotte came to us through Venango County Humane Society in October 2019. Charlotte, known as Piper at the time was picked up as a stray. After some serious skin infections and other medical issues were cleared up, Charlotte came into her own! She now will do anything and everything possible to be outdoors playing hours on end.
