Your Pet's Story or Bio
Aoki was about 10 weeks old when his family decided to give him up after one week of having him. I was in search of an adoptable dog at the time, and then a friend contacted me about him. He was about to be dropped off at a shelter, so I knew I needed to snag him up, and he’s had a huge impact on my life ever since. Not only did he help comfort my Dad through chemo up until he passed, but he’s continued to comfort me and help me deal with that for the last 10 years. He’s such a goofy boy with the biggest personality, and the best snuggles this side of the Midwest.

Likes: cats that want nothing to do with him, long walks, and hunting flies in the house (mom calls hunting flies “enrichment”?)

Dislikes: the UPS truck specifically. (FedEx is tolerable)
