Why support UPAWS and why vote for my pet!
Sallys Fund is the equine division of UPAWS! Many people don’t know we offer equine support services for neglect or abuse situations in the U.P. We have a beautiful barn at the shelter property so abused or neglected horses have a soft place to land while we help them on their journey to wellness and a new forever home. Please support us in our mission as treating and caring for, much less fostering, horses is a much bigger task than traditional shelter pets. If you’d like more information or would like to tour the shelter barn, please email sallysfund@upaws.org to arrange a tour
