Hi I’m Daniken Da Doxie.

I am the official watch-dog on Kitty Island in the north woods of the U. P. of Michigan. I just moved up here with my human from Chicago and it’s amazing.

Island life is sniffing out the black bear, prancing with the resident deer, spying on the new goslings, and keeping my ears flipped for eagle. I am pretty close to the ground so my favorite spot is looking over the lake from the deck above. Can’t wait to try swimming … and what about that snow that’s coming this winter .!.???
