I had found on the UPAWS site that kittens were available, but when I arrived, they had all been adopted. I looked at other cats that were there, but none of them really spoke to my heart. As I was leaving, I saw this small very skinny black cat that was in the front room all alone, so I asked, "what about that small black cat?" The lady at the desk said she was a stray that had just came in and had given birth to the kittens. I sat with her a bit and she laid in my lap making biscuits. She made a connection to my heart. She has grown into a majestic beauty.

We have 2 pets from UPAWS and the love they have given to us, is so pure. It is unconditionally the most honest affection a person could receive. Without UPAWS and the support of our community so much of the unconditional love would be missed.
