By participating in our UPAWS Pet Photo Calendar Contest, you are not only showcasing your pet but also helping animals in need. All proceeds from this contest go towards fulfilling our mission of providing the necessary support and care for our animal friends.

It's easy to enter! Entry dates are May 15 – June 30th.

- Submit/upload your favorite photo of your dogs, cats, or other companion animals.
- Entry fee is only $10 per photo.
- Write a brief description of how your pet has improved your life…why I love my pet.
It's easy to vote! Voting dates are July 1 – 31st.
- Each vote costs just $1
- The photo with the greatest number of votes will win the 2024 calendar cover and a full-page spread on one of the months.
- The next ten photos receiving the greatest number of votes will receive a full-page spread on one of the months.
- The 12th photo winner will be our LIVE DRAWING winner (see below).
- Every photo with at least five votes is guaranteed to be printed in the calendar.

NEW THIS YEAR! Celebrate your dog's, cat's, or other pet's birthday, adoption day or honor your pet in memoriam by reserving a date for their photo in the calendar grid. Choose your favorite photo, select a date, and submit a $15 donation below. The squares will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

The top photo receiving the greatest number of votes will be featured on the cover of the 2024 calendar and will receive a full-page spread on one of the months (votes for multiple photos will not be combined).

The next ten photos receiving the greatest number of votes will receive a full-page spread on one of the months.
12TH Photo is a Random Drawing!
Every entry that raises a minimum of $100 will be put into a random drawing for the 12th monthly image winner! The drawing will be LIVE on Facebook on August 1st (time to be determined). This means more pet photos have a shot at a full month!
The submission deadline is 9:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Monday, May 15, 2023 to 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on Friday, June 30, 2023.
- Each entry is a Donation of $10.
- Any number of animals may be in a photo (no people, please).
- No limit to the number of entries
- All photos must be uploaded; we cannot accept printed photos.
- All photos entered must be your own, we cannot accept any copyrighted or professional photos.
- Only digital entries in .jpg or .png format will be considered.
- All submissions must be of good digital quality to retain detail when enlarged.
- All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of Gogo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
- Photos become the property of UPAWS and may be used and/or altered for the 2024 calendar and for other marketing/fundraising efforts.
- UPAWS reserves the right to reject any images or captions deemed inappropriate by staff or those that do not align with our standards of care.
Contest/Voting Rules:
- Voting will begin at 9:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, July 1, 2023 and end at 9:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Monday, July 31, 2023.
- Each vote costs $1. There is no limit to the number of votes a person may cast or the number of times a person may vote.
- All donations from voting are non-refundable. Voting and other donations must be made through the online contest page, which is a secured site for money transactions.
- Only VOTES (donations) completed on the GoGoPhoto site are valid for voting. If you complete any donation process elsewhere – it does not count toward votes.
- The automatic response confirming your donation to UPAWS is your tax receipt. Please save it for your records.
- All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulation under the supervision of GOGO Photo Contest whose decisions are final and binding.
- All photos that receive at least 5 votes are guaranteed to be included in the calendar on either the cover, a month spread, or a collage page.
- If you've reserved a day and your photo lands in the top 12, your winning photo will appear as the featured photo for the month, and we will contact you via email to acquire a second photo of your pet to use in your chosen day's location.
