Pet's Story
Bruce was adopted by our family in 2020. According to the shelter, he had been returned 6 times prior to us adopting him. He did have some really sharp claws and a bad habit of playing too rough (I have the scars to prove it), but quickly learned to love the family and put the claws away. Now, he's one of the kindest kitties you will ever find and still loves to sleep on his back every day.
When we got him, he was very small and was solid black with only some white feet and a small white spot on his chest that looked very similar to the bat symbol. We tried calling him batman, but ended up responding really well to Bruce instead, so it stuck
