My niece found this rock out in the wild. She trained him, cleaned him, nurtured him, and gave him plenty of love. He became completely domesticated after only one week. To celebrate, she gave him a nice new coat of paint, and then asked if I could look after him. She is the one who named him Christopher... what a strange pet name right?
He's very calm, can stay completely still in photos, and easy to clean up after. He's great with strangers and loves any and all attention!
His favorite spot is in the vegetable draw, which is where he spends most of his days. However, he does like to get out the house. I've caught him in the potted tomato plants on my back deck multiple times. He loves socializing with others!
Sometimes he will just sit on a stack of papers and watch me work, but not in that cat-like 'judging me' way.
As you can tell, he's one beautiful rock. Definitely a top 3 contender.
