Pet's Story
Harlow's story is the classic tale of a dog choosing their family. September 2022, after driving home from getting groceries, my fiancé and I saw a dark blob sprawled out on our driveway. Concerned, we both got out of the car to find out that this blob was a puppy! This puppy lying in our driveway was not only exhausted but also covered in mange. We brought her into our home and worked with our local shelter to get her healthy and try to locate her owners. In the meantime, our other dog, Ace, fell in love with this puppy – who we had named Harlow. After several weeks of fostering, and no one claiming her, we came to the realization that this abandoned puppy was going to be the welcomed and loved fourth member of our family. Harlow is our perfect fourth addition, she is the sweet, warm-hearted soul that is able to play side-by-side with our rambunctious, Ace and is always looking to cuddle next to Jamie or me. Although, Harlow is only a year old, she has learned so much being in our home, and we have been able to see how gentle, kind, and silly she is. Our Harlow had a hard start to life but has quickly warmed-up to life with our family and has made all of our hearts a little softer and kinder.
