Oliver is a Cardigan Welsh Corgi. We got him 2 years ago when he was 11 weeks old. From day one he has had a big personality. He loves everyone and everyone loves him. He is the most popular dog in our neighborhood! Sometimes he looks more like a person when he sits on the couch. Doesn't he look like he's ready to hear about your "ruff" day at work?
