Pet's Story
Buddy was adopted from Basset Rescue of Georgia in July of 2020. We lost our Daisy (also a Basset Rescue of Georgia alum) suddenly a few weeks earlier. We weren't ready to adopt but Sylvie (Basset Rescue of Georgia alum) became depressed and would not eat. We made the decision to bring another rescue home. Buddy was rescued from a breeder. He is a wonderful dog but we don't think he was treated very well by his previous owner. He has completed our family. Just look into those beautiful eyes. He will steal your heart too.
