Outfit description
Arlene is wearing a 1960’s Douppioni Silk Dress. The brand label is “Carrie Couture”. This magenta colored two-piece dress and jacket has wonderful workmanship and is fabulous! The dress is knee length with princess seams and is sleeveless under the jacket. It has a pearl and rhinestone stand-up collar. The jacket is long-sleeved with a notched poet collar with 2 frog closures on the front. The dress is accessorized with beautiful pearl earrings. This outfit dress was also donated by Maria Van Pelt a Tri-State Hospital RN and Day Surgery Supervisor.

Arlene is a Chairman of the Asotin County Housing Authority. She has 14 Grand Children and 8 Great Grand Children.
