Outfit description
Payton is wearing a 1940’s Mauve taffeta party dress. It has cap sleeves and a drop “V” shape waist. It has 18 self-covered buttons down the front. The dress is a mid-calf length skirt, which has an interesting pattern that resembles ribbon woven over the dress. This dress was donated by Stephanie Leer.
