Your Pup's Story or Bio
we originally came across gus in 2022 as volunteers at our local shelter, which was the same shelter that we adopted our first two pups from (thank you WCAC)! at that time, gus went by the name "charlie chuggies." while we don't know much about his time before the shelter, he was such a little heartbreaker that he instantly had us wrapped around his little paws! we couldn't believe he'd been there long enough to be considered a "long timer." at one point, we were made aware that gus and another dog were both adopted together. while that was a bit saddening knowing the connection we had made with him, we were soon told that he had been brought back within days and it seemed his adopter was somewhat questionable. we took this as a sign and decided to make him ours for good!
