Your Pup's Story or Bio
Came across this face on a rescue site and knew immediately that this was the dog. On a crazy whim, I drove the 9 hours to Alabama- the day before Thanksgiving to meet him. He had never been a pet and was afraid of strangers, as he growled at me putting him in the car I wondered if I made a HUGE mistake. He howled and whined the entire first night and was given the appropriate new name of Banshee. Fast forward a few weeks and he had a total transformation. He's is the best companion I could ever possibly imagine and my little shadow. When I spoke with the rescue org, they said he was on death row and no one wanted him because he looked 'too scary'. But it was his 'scary' eyes that pleaded with me to take him home... This scary dog just wanted love.
