Anyone who has a rescue dog can enter this contest. Sorry this contest is for dogs only, and rescue dogs at that! No store bought puppies or dogs purchased from breeders are allowed. You can still vote though :)
$10 Submission donation to enter your rescue dog into the Best in Rescue Competition
Anyone can vote as many times as they would like! $1 = 1 vote
Top 5 MUST be willing to come in person to Poocharella or will forfeit their spot to next in line
No whining - we aren't dogs and this is supposed to be a FUNdraiser!
