Charlie is a TDR alumni adopted in 2020 after his owner passed. Charlie is nicknamed Toddler Charlie because he is like having a 2 year old. Toddler Charlie likes to investigate everything, go on rides, and throws temper tantrums every day at 5pm until the time changes and then it’s 4pm. We had a bell Charlie could ring to go outside, but he rang it when he was hungry and we had to hide the bell. Everyone loves Charlie!
