Your Pet's Story or Bio
We adopted Mittens from the Erie County SPCA. She had a rough start--having her first litter of kittens when she was only one year old herself. A kind person took Mittens and her dying kittens into the SPCA. Sadly, all but one kitten died. Mittens was adopted out, but ended up back at the SPCA. She was adopted out a second time, but returned because the owner did not feel they were a good match. When we went in to meet Mittens after seeing her on the SPCA website, we felt so bad knowing how she had been shuffled around. She was scared. When we brought her home, she hid for two days and slowly came out to become part of our family. We love her so much! She LOVES to play, she purrs, she snuggles, she loves being loved. We love giving her a good home!
