I adopted Tipsy from a foster home about 6 months ago. She is 2 years old but acts like she is 2 months old. She has a tiny head and big eyes (reminds me of puss n boots) and is the size of a kitten due to malnourishment from her last home. She LOVES to throw her toys in the air, watch disney movies and cuddle with me. She would love your vote!
