Storm is a Florida Native who was rescued by the her most favorite school resource officer. (Thank you, Clay!)
She was saved from a storm drain at the school I where worked. After having her in my arms for two seconds...she was coming home.
Storm has spent 2 years tormenting her sisters moving to NY, making everyone laugh and loving up the chosen few... when she so chooses ,
