I adopted Phoebe 4 years ago from a local rescue. She was starved , never bathed or groomed and had puppies before her first birthday . She was rescued from a hoarding backyard puppy mill and has never looked back. Phoebe loves life , swimming , playing frisbee and loving everyone she meets! Phoebe is spoiled beyond her wildest dreams , she has added so much love to our lives ., We both hit the jackpot!
