Adorable Simba was a scared puppy mill rescue who caught my attention at a TLR event I was working. Poor, little guy didn't interact with people or dogs - he just sat still, and squinted into the sun. He broke my heart. So when I took a break, I carried him to a chair in the shade. I held him in a little bear hug, and he smushed his fluffy face into my neck. Now, instead of breaking my heart, Simba stole it completely. We went home together that day. It's six years later, and my little sweetheart boy still smushes his fluffy face into my neck.
