Your Pet's Story or Bio
Duncan was picked up wandering the streets, ending up in a kill shelter in Alabama. I happened across his picture on a rescue website and knew he was meant for me. A North Jersey rescue had also spotted him and had made arrangements to transport him from Alabama to New Jersey! It took 25 wonderful people to transport him. Somehow we were selected out of the hundreds of applicants and Duncan found his forever home with us. He's a leaner, kisser, and hugger, moaning loudly when getting pets. Being our 3rd Afghan and 2nd rescue we knew he would have issues. He's an escape artist, opening doors and windows with ease, has a goat addiction, lol, and is a food thief! He didn't speak English! Challenges yes, but 2 years later we couldn't imagine life without this goofy, sweet, handsome boy!  He brings us such joy.  We are so blessed.
