Why is Your Pet "Rescued (or Stray) and Gorgeous"?
Mr. Bean E. Weenie, known to most as Beanie, was adopted at the age of 8 to a senior in college. He was shy the first night, until his new owner mistook him as an intruder when he jumped onto the couch of the empty apartment. After fits of laughter, the two were immediately inseparable.

Beanie was the softest, kindest, gentlest soul. He loved nothing more than being with his person, and when his person found THEIR person, Beanie jumped at the chance to love even more.

Whether it was soft snuggles in bed, or a nap in a sunbeam on the back of a couch, or a snooze on the plush bath mat, or simply spending time on his favorite "shape" crocheted just for him and his biscuit endeavors, Beanie loved relaxing and being the center of attention and affection.

Bean also loved Greenies, which he'd scream for long into the night if his parents dare tried to rest without giving him his bedtime treat! Most of all, Beanie loved his people. He'd spend hours perched on a lap, begging for tummy rubs and ear scratches. He loved nothing more than sleeping in his parents' arms and waking them up with fresh biscuits on their tummy.

When Bean suddenly and rapidly got sick, his parents encouraged him to fight as hard as he could. The Bravest Little Beanie fought a hard battle, and after a tough fight, ended up passing in June of 2024. His loss was felt by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him, but most so by his parents, Em and Abagael.

Five months earlier, Beanie had just become a big brother to Beautiful Miss Mimi, who was adopted from CAS in December 2023, and later, Little Lentil, adopted from Tabby's Place after his passing in August of 2024.

We dedicate this to the best big brother, the bravest, kindest, most loving, gentlest little Bean.
