Hi! My name is Ruthie and I was saved by the animal pad from a shelter in Mexico when I was a tiny little 9 week old pup! I was born without eyes so someone probably dumped me thinking I’d never make it. HA! Jokes on them because I’m not just surviving, I am *thriving*! I can climb up and down stairs, jump on and off furniture, play with my doggie & kitty siblings, hike, swim and so much more. Vote for me so I can add cover girl to my illustrious resume. ;)
