I saw Margot on a shelter website in Rio Grande Valley. I couldn't believe how awful she looked- she had almost no fur head to toe, and looked 3 times her estimated age. She was ridden with heart worms, yeast infections, and mange. Margot also had multiple litters of puppies. We reached out to TGPR and they immediately pulled her from the shelter. I kept up with her foster over the next few months, then met Margot for the first time in March! Needless to say it was pure love at first sight. My husband and I adopted her that next week, and she officially became part of our family. She is an absolute darling. Margot loves my husband and I, and our 1 year old Golden Retriever named Gracie. She is our heart dog, and we are thankful every day that we were lucky enough to find her.
