In early 2021 our family began searching for a younger playmate for our 4 year old dog, Thunder. We were interested in a Pyr because of our earlier Pyr/Golden mix that was our best dog ever.
When my daughter and I met Nala in boarding, we fell in love and brought her home that day! She is the sweetest, smartest dog we have ever had. Sometimes too smart! She knows how to open our plantation shutters with her paw and we've had to lock our backyard gates from the inside or she can jump up and open them too! She is a great protector of the family and ensures airplanes, trash trucks, Amazon/UPS/USPS trucks, toads, squirrels, geckos and pretty much anything that makes any noise knows not to breach the perimeter! She's a bit goofy, but we love her!
