Pet's Story:
Rocky's story began when my twin sons had to do a project in school about an animal. We started by volunteering at an adoption agency. Then we realized we were heartbroken every time a family adopted the dog. Finally, we realized it was time to adopt Rocky into our family, since that day our life changed forever. The first day we met Rocky, he conquered our hearts with his sweet and loving personality. We named him Rocky since his posture depicted a strong and intelligent dog. We participated in obedience classes and taught him some tricks. However, his passion for squirrels and his heart of curiosity for hunting lizards deviated into not continuing more training classes. We decided to let his beagle nose guide us through the adventures of his curiosity and hunting following our years with him. Despite all the commitments that bring a dog into a family, especially a beagle who is constantly searching for adventures we were filled with his unconditional love for us. Adopting a dog is a gift of love, and that is what Rocky is for us, he is the greatest blessing God could have given us. We are so thankful for the opportunity to cherish his love in our family, we are so grateful, no words can express the love and gratitude we have for Rocky. We want to honor him through this contest and encourage others to adopt a pet and have the blessing we have. We love you Rocky forever!
