About Your Pet
Gloria Hisstefan is a dark tortie diva who travels this life on her own terms. An independecat, she communicates through sign language and door knocks she developed, rather than meows, which she uses sparingly to say thank-you or to greet me after an absence (to save her singing voice, I assume). She loves to show her athletic prowess by running full speed,  barreling up a tree, and looking down at me. And she has her own disco song and knows her name when I sing it to her.

In the 70s I listened to Miami Sound Machine in Miami (of course). Gloria Hisstefan has her namesake’s contralto voice, her mysterious allure, and presence.  She’s a big fan of both Gloria and Emily Estefan. And she adds a little Latina cool to Tallahassee.
