Pet's Story or BioWe rescued Frederick from the Tacoma Humane Society 3 years ago. He was a stray as a puppy. Turns out this smarty pants is 100% Havanese. He’s smart, affectionate, loves everyone and doesn’t shed . We all love him dearly!
