Pet's Story or Bio
Stan Lee came into my life as a rescue from the streets of western Texas. He was only 4 months old when he and his litter mates were brought into the shelter by animal control and was rescued by Texas Elite Animal Rescue and transported to Washington for an adoption event in Bellevue. His coloring caught my initial attention, but it was his demeanor that melted my heart. Unlike all the other bouncy and energetic puppies there, he was very shy, but still curious. I knew that he just wouldn't appeal to the average family looking for a pet and it broke my heart to think of him going all the way back to Texas. Stan has the sweetest and most gentle soul without a mean bone in his body and has come so very far through the help of training, daycare facilities, and the many great dog parks in the area. We love him very much and can't imagine our lives without him.
