We adopted Sven from Suncoast Humane Society about 6 years ago. It was obvious he had been very mistreated by his previous owners. Screaming, biting, flinching, and hiding were a constant occurrence. Two years later, treated with kindness and patience, he was a new dog. He had changed so much he passed an evaluation to become a pet therapy dog.
