Otter was rescued from Asheville Humane Society in NC. He is the brother of our other Dog Hazel which we rescued from a friend who found the two puppies wandering in her neighborhood. Otter was adopted by another person who, after a 1 1/2 years, surrendered Otter to the shelter because of their family's housing issues. I happened to be a volunteer at the shelter when he came in and I immediately adopted him. He is a fun loving guy who loves to cuddle and play hide and seek.
