Gracie is a rescue I adopted in Colorado Springs in 2011. She had been "dumped" out in the country, very pregnant. Luckily she was found by a kind person and a private animal shelter took care of her and the 4 babies she delivered. I found her at an adoption site after her babies had all been adopted. She is named after Grace O'Mally...a female Irish pirate from the 15th century...and the name fits :-) She is very independent, very vocal, but also very loving!!! Gracie does not like it when the newspaper has my attention...instead of her.
