Your Cat's Adoption Story
Oregano’s mother, ‘Momma’, was a tnr that was found on my property. When Momma was spayed, it was discovered that she was lactating, meaning she had a fresh litter of kittens lying around somewhere. Momma was released back on my property to care for her babies, and I continued to care for Momma. Weeks after her release, baby Oregano + his 3 litter mates were found. I brought them in and was a temporary foster for stray cat blues. Oregano was quite sickly and struggled very much with weight. At one point , he was less than 1lb! Through the help of more experienced fosters, we are able to get Oregano healthy and happy. He turned out to be the spunkiest of boys, with a very loud powerful purr!
