Your Cat's Adoption Story
I had adopted Missy from Stray Cat Blues in 2004 but, because I worked, she was home alone most of the time. My vet suggested I get Missy a companion to keep her company so I contacted Stray Cat Blues to find out when they would have their next adoption event. I went to look at the kitties and as I was walking past one of the crates, I felt a pull on my shirt like it was caught on something. I turned to free it and saw a little paw sticking out holding my shirt. When I went over to get her claws out of my shirt, Mattie rubbed up against my hand and started to purr. She picked me!
