We adopted our sweet Easter from St. Hubert’s 2 days before Easter…hence why our 4 year old son chose her name. The spot over her eye really stole our hearts. We were told she was a chihuahua mix but genetic testing revealed that she’s actually a mix of border collie, lab, aussie , boxer and staffordshire terrier. She is such a special, iconic, sassy girl and has added so much joy to our lives!
