River, a strong and sassy gal, arrived home from St. Hubert’s in February 2022 when she was just 8 weeks old. She’s a Pit Bull-Australian Shepherd-Australian Cattle Dog-Boxer mix and a bundle of energy!

River’s favorite activities include snuggling with her moms, chasing squirrels, chewing on sticks, trying to catch a frisbee and digging lots of holes. If she’s not zooming around the backyard, she can be found perched by a window as the unofficial head of the neighborhood watch.

River has never met a human or dog she doesn’t love!
