Roscoe the American Bulldog is the goofiest boy there is. Roscoe was rescued from the Humane Society of Pulaski County at six months old and has been living life to the fullest ever since. He loves to sunbathe, play ball, and snuggle under as many blankets as possible. This sweet boy just had a TPLO procedure at the end of May and is making his way to a full recovery!
