Wendy is a 9-year old Chinese Crested Powderpuff. She was rescued from some "breeders" who had nine dogs in a traveling motorhome. She was fearful, skittish and confused As a result of loving care and training, she has totally transformed into a confident, sweet, friendly dog. She recently became a certified Therapy Dog and brings smiles to many people. Wendy still likes to travel and some of her many adventures include hiking to the summit of Blood Mountain in North Carolina, sailing to the Bahamas, and exploring the Gila Wilderness in New Mexico. She says, "Woo woo!"
