A little about me...
Matilda is my angel for sure 😇 I lost her in November of 2021. She was my rock! I adopted Matilda from “Rocky”, SRGDRR back in 2013 after I had lost my other Dane.
Matilda had spent her 1st year in a barn so she was a runner and had to learn social skills from her foster parents. At the time I lived in Oklahoma so I made arrangements for what we thought was going to be our first meeting. Well Matilda and I hit it off so well that when I went back inside to set up what I thought was going to be our next meet up her foster Mom asked me if I thought I was ready to take her home. Matilda kept working on her social skills as we became closer over the years. She was always by my side. She loved going to get an occasional ice cream cone, learned to go out for walks, and loved the country lifestyle. We wound up moving back to my hometown in Texas where she loved being. She still got to be a country girl though. She even got to be back around horses for a little while. No matter how big she got she always loved to have her “Wobbie” to play with. She was my protector, my shoulder to cry on, my best friend. She’s the reason I became a foster parent 💕. I love you baby girl 💕🐾
