Meet Penelope! She is a 2 year old deaf and visually impaired miniature poodle. Penny came to us as a foster from an Amish puppy mill. Despite the fact that she was clearly mistreated and kept in deplorable conditions, Penny has a zest for life that's impossible to ignore. She loves everyone she meets, humans and animals alike. She doesn't let being specially abled slow her down one bit. She's the perfect reminder to not sweat the small stuff, that's why we officially adopted her and made her part of the family!
