Jasper, the sad little rescue, has changed lives. He alerted neighbors of a fire in their yard and became the poster child for Rummage for Rover (R4R), helping to raise over $30,000 for the Erie County SPCA. He is loving and devoted to his family; loves opening his own Christmas gifts; and giving smiles to all who enjoy his shared photos....including this happy tail wave. Give back for all that Jasper has given to his family, the SPCA, and the community!!
