Bean is unfortunately NOT a rescue pup, but his breed (miniature schnauzer) was hand selected because of his coat. My daughters are wildly allergic to most animals, but because Bean has hair, not fur, he's hypoallergenic leaning. He's done well in our home! No allergies and he's just the sweetest guy - we've had him 4 years and can't stop talking about and to him! He loves to play tug-of-war and if you rub his belly you're his best friend. Good guard dog too! Not too many noises get past him, and he lets you know he's heard it! Great dog and great breed!
